Finnish Foodiq Oy will continue to operate the Gold & Green Foods Oy's Järvenpää factory
Foodiq Oy, pioneers in the development and production of new plant-based products, has purchased Gold & Green Foods Oy's equipment, and continues the Järvenpää factory operations. The company will relocate the operations of its existing factories in Järvenpää and at the same time expand its product development and production services. Foodiq Oy will hire dozens of new employees.
Foodiq Oy has decided to continue the operations of Gold & Green Foods Oy's Järvenpää factory, which will enable the company to expand its operations and ensure its production capacity. The new production facilities will provide Foodiq Oy with twice as much premises as the company's two other factories. Foodiq Oy will concentrate its Hyvinkää plant-based dairy line and Klaukkala's dry product production line under the same roof in Järvenpää. In addition to the existing lines, the new production facilities will enable Foodiq Oy to develop and produce a variety of plant-based products in an even more diverse manner.

Gold & Green Foods Oy, owned by Paulig, has previously manufactured Gold & Green® plant-based products at the factory. Next, Foodiq Oy will continue to develop the factory and expand its production capacity.

We get all the functions needed, from innovation to production and packaging, under one roof and get to explore and produce even more innovative solutions. In the future, we will be able to serve our current customers even better and offer development and production services to new customers,” Robert Savikko, CEO of Foodiq Oy, tells.

Dozens of new jobs in Järvenpää

Foodiq Oy plans to increase the production capacity of its Järvenpää factory and will hire dozens of new employees. In addition, the current employees in the factory as well as employees of Foodiq Oy’s Klaukkala and Hyvinkää factories will have the opportunity to work at the new factory.

“We are happy to be able to offer jobs to existing employees at the Järvenpää factory and to create new jobs. Our current employees in Klaukkala and Hyvinkää, on the other hand, will have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art production facilities,” says Savikko.
